Who can open an account?

Om Produce caters to Retail Grocery Stores and Food Service Businesses in several states. Please refer to our Distribution Map for more information.

What information is required to open an account?

We would need the following information in order to process your application.

- Business Information

- Business Owner Personal Information

- Business License

- Resale Certificate

How do I submit my account application?

You can submit your application online here

How long does it take to approve my account application?

Once complete application and required documents are received, We typically process in 1-2 business days.

How do I register for an online account?

To register for an online account, You will need to submit a request using this link Request a login button located right below sign in button our order home page.

How can I reset my account password?

You can visit the Password Reset page to have an email sent to you to reset your password.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Online. Click here to Order , add items to your shopping cart and follow the checkout process.

Will I receive an email confirmation after placing an order?

Yes, we will email you an order confirmation shortly after placing your order.

What happens when an item is out of stock?

We do our best to keep items in stock, but cannot always predict when an item will become highly sought after or when a shipment to our warehouse will be delayed. You will be notified via email about item availability changes.

What if I want to add more items to my order?

We try to fulfill orders very quickly, please submit additional order online or email us at sales@omproduce.com

Is there a minimum order requirement to purchase?

Minimum order requirement for DFW Metro Area is $750

What should I do if Item(s) in my order are missing?

If any part of your order is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Do you charge Delivery Fee ?

DFW Metro Area for orders below $750 - freight charge of $45.

All other markets - market specific freight charge per pallet

Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped via In-House Logistics, occasionally with third party carrier. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Note: Processing time can take 1-3 business days before orders are shipped.

How do I know if my order shipped?

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email a shipping confirmation. The email address you provide is the one we use for any order updates. To ensure Om Produce emails are not blocked by your provider’s filter, you may also want to add sales@omproduce.com to your email address book.

What if I don’t get an order/shipping confirmation?

Check your SPAM folder. Sometimes Om Produce emails are blocked by your provider’s filter. To keep this from occurring, add sales@omproduce.com to your email address book.

What happens if I don’t get my order when I expected to receive it?

Most orders are received within 1-3 business days from the time they ship. There can be exceptions due to unexpected weather conditions or other unforeseen events. We ask that you allow up to a total of 5 business days for delivery from the time you receive your shipping confirmation. You can view our standard delivery information here.

What if I have a problem with my order?

We make every effort to ensure that your order is correct and arrives in excellent condition. Every packed order is inspected for accuracy by our experienced warehouse staff. If you do find an error, please contact us immediately via email at sales@omproduce.com or call us at (214) 233-3500

Can I pick up my order at warehouse?

Yes. We recommend you to order online ahead of time for same day pick up.

Do you ship to my location?

Do you ship Internationally?

No. At this time , we do not ship outside of US

Returns

What is the Om Produce return policy?

At Om Produce we offer a Happiness Guarantee because your satisfaction is our top priority. 

Note that you have up to 24 hours to a return product from the time you receive product

How do I return a product?

It’s easy. Simply contact our Customer Service team and they will assist you with your return.

Refunds will be issued as soon as warehouse confirms receipt and accounting review. If you have any questions about your return or refund, please contact Customer Service.

How long does it take to approve return?

We typically process return requests in 1-2 business days

How long does it take to process credit?

We process approved returns in 1-2 business days. We will email you a Credit Memo confirmation.

Payments

What are payment methods accepted?

We offer the following payment methods to pay for Invoices.

- Zelle

- ACH

- Credit Card

We can only accept payment made in US dollars and from domestic banks. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How do I make payments?

When is my credit card charged?

Credit cards are charged as soon as we receive payment request.

What happens if I am unable to pay my bill by the due date?

Past due accounts may have their services suspended at any time, without notice. The further past due you are, the more likely that this will happen.

You are responsible for ensuring that we have a current and working e-mail address for you, to which your bills and other notices are sent! Note that for most customers, statements will automatically go to the main mailbox of your account here. You should either have that mail forwarded to another account or read it regularly.
